What you will do

• Lead the transformation of AXIS OS from an on-prem solution to a SaaS model.
• Develop gradual deployment concepts and data-driven quality assurance.
• Define and implement internal and external SLOs and SLAs.
• Model and monitor system resource constraints for embedded devices in cooperation with experts.
• Act as a primary bridge between development, release management, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• M Sc in Computer Science or a similar degree.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Expertise in strategic thinking, visualization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working within a modern DevOps environment.
• Strong ability to utilize data for decision-making.
