What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project and Technical Project Managers.
• Ensure successful execution of contracts and projects with a focus on quality, delivery, and profitability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across the Product Unit and Business Unit.
• Support business development, add-on sales, and contract establishment for future business.
• Manage governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment across multiple critical programs.
• Contribute to product offer development and cost estimation processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management within advanced technology environments.
• Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial drivers, and customer relationships.
• Solid business acumen including cost control and margin management.
• Must pass a security vetting process based on current regulations.
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
