What you will do

• Develop complete satellite solutions in a multidisciplinary team across the value chain.
• Contribute to system architecture, requirement handling, and architectural thinking.
• Manage risks, integration, and verification/testing processes.
• Support development from satellite platform and payload to ground system readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to integrate subsystems into a coherent system.
• Take part in shaping future satellite missions and concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Cybernetics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.
• Solid competence in systems engineering, requirement management, and architectural thinking.
• Eligibility for Norwegian and NATO security clearance.
• Proactive mindset with a structured and systematic approach to work.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Ground Systems or Communication Systems Engineering.
