What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Leads to define and refine detailed product requirements based on customer needs.
• Design robust and scalable system architectures aligned with defined requirements and customer use cases.
• Define and drive system integration and validation concepts and plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support product development teams throughout implementation and validation phases, ensuring high product quality and technical excellence.
• Act as a technical interface to key customers from product definition through production ramp-up, proactively addressing new requirements and complex system issues.
• Conduct in-depth technical investigations of competitor products to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 15 + years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven expertise in system architecture development for UHF RFID, wearables, or IoT devices.
• Solid understanding of wireless communication technologies and radio systems.
• Basic knowledge of UHF measurement techniques.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and engineering processes.
• Excellent communication, abstraction, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
