What you will do

• Lead development teams to ensure projects are delivered within schedule, budget, and resource constraints.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, build rapport, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project legal documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Project Proposals, and Change Orders.
• Execute project plans, analyze financial data, and manage budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Build project team structures, assign responsibilities, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Contribute to team growth through interviewing, recruiting, and hiring new engineering talent.

Requirements

• Deep Insurance domain expertise is mandatory.
• 6+ years of overall industry experience and 4.5+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of managing projects exceeding 5,000 hours.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ members.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
