Salary: €2,000 gross/month

What you will do
- Guide B2B e-commerce customers through software questions, shipping logistics, and financial matters via calls, chats, and tickets.
- Empower customers to make confident decisions independently, transforming them into shipping experts.
- Analyze customer interaction patterns to suggest and help implement improvements in the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize internal processes and expand product knowledge.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and human approach in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in French (speaking and writing).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Must be based in Croatia.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 08:45 - 17:30).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
