What you will do

• Respond to supplier queries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify supplier needs and assist them in using specific platform features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing, payments, and inventory management.
• Update internal databases with technical issues and details of supplier discussions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure technical problems are fully resolved.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier support processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficient written and spoken Romanian and English
• Professional experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a startup (all-hands-on-deck) approach.
