What you will do
- Respond to supplier queries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify supplier needs and assist them in using specific platform features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing, payments, and inventory management.
- Update internal databases with technical issues and details of supplier discussions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure technical problems are fully resolved.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier support processes for better efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficient written and spoken Romanian and English
- Professional experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a startup (all-hands-on-deck) approach.
