Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid/Temporarily Remote).

What you will do

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
  • Manage and document support cases accurately within the company CRM.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal departments.
  • Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

  • French and Ukrainian: B2 level (verbal and writing) required.
  • English: Intermediate level required for internal communication.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
