What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Manage and document support cases accurately within the company CRM.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product quality.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal departments.
- Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- French and Ukrainian: B2 level (verbal and writing) required.
- English: Intermediate level required for internal communication.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
