What you will do
- Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets across Croatian and English language queues.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on platform features, products, and processes.
- Manage customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure resolution.
- Collect feedback to improve workflows, SOPs, and internal tools.
- Participate in the validation and testing of AI bots and automation workflows.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven customer-facing or customer service experience.
- Fluency in English and Croatian.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
- Strong IT proficiency to handle moderately technical customer queries.
- Willingness to work weekends, night shifts, and irregular hours.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain field.
- Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP quality review.
