What you will do

  • Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets across Croatian and English language queues.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on platform features, products, and processes.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure resolution.
  • Collect feedback to improve workflows, SOPs, and internal tools.
  • Participate in the validation and testing of AI bots and automation workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven customer-facing or customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English and Croatian.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
  • Strong IT proficiency to handle moderately technical customer queries.
  • Willingness to work weekends, night shifts, and irregular hours.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain field.
  • Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP quality review.
