• Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and product launches.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention metrics to identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, New York, Philadelphia, or New Jersey (Hybrid).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Significant demonstrable experience in business development, product, or strategic account management.
• Deep understanding of AI's impact on Pharma workflows and knowledge of latest AI developments.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% annually.
