What you will do

  • Provide strategic leadership for Group Audit activity across all LBCM entities and jurisdictions.
  • Shape and deliver a risk-focused, forward-looking audit plan aligned with business strategy.
  • Present audit conclusions, risk themes, and remediation status to the LBCM Audit Committee and Board.
  • Assess the identification and escalation of significant risks within the corporate markets environment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing audit team capable of operating in complex financial markets.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with regulators and ensure adherence to governance standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level audit and risk experience within financial services.
  • Proven track record of operating effectively at Board and Executive level.
  • Deep knowledge of Markets products, key risks, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SMF accountability and legal entity governance.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, concise outputs against demanding schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills for formal governance settings and Board-ready reporting.
