What you will do

• Lead and support the Account Management team in handling a portfolio of key corporate clients.
• Ensure client loyalty and engagement through strategic relationship building and regular business reviews.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on detected customer needs and pain points.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and operations teams.
• Develop internal tools, narrative frameworks, and pricing models to optimize team efficiency.
• Lead recruitment efforts and strategic planning for the team's growth in Spain.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Sales, Account Management, etc.) with frequent C-level interactions.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing a Sales or Account Management team.
• Experience managing companies with more than 300 employees.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English (C1).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.
