What you will do

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to an interdisciplinary innovation team in filtration.
• Manage the development of new filtration products from the concept phase through prototyping and handover.
• Lead technical directions in filtration media, fluid mechanics, pressure systems, and material selection.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate laboratory trials, prototype testing, and validation programs.
• Build a strong innovation culture and develop laboratory standards and methods.
• Collaborate with New Product Development, product management, production, quality, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in product development, R&D, or innovation, ideally within filtration or fluid technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of filtration principles, fluid mechanics, and material science fundamentals.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
