What you will do

• Manage end-to-end AP processes including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and payment execution.
• Handle expense reports and corporate credit card transactions via Expensify and NetSuite.
• Drive the AP portion of month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure tax compliance through 1099 preparation and sales tax filings.
• Coordinate with vendors and support internal/external audits with precise documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite for invoice processing, GL coding, and vendor management.
• Experience with Expensify or similar expense management tools.
• Solid knowledge of AP fundamentals: 3-way matching, accruals, and fixed assets.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Experience in multi-entity or international finance environments.
