What you will do

• Lead and facilitate industry workstreams composed of senior experts from the global biopharma sector.
• Guide complex projects from conceptualization through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and integrators to shape the future of manufacturing operations.
• Develop practical tools, frameworks, benchmarking reports, and business case frameworks.
• Manage high-level stakeholder engagement to solve complex manufacturing and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMOs, or consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Proven experience leading projects or change initiatives.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into actionable outcomes.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset for fast-paced, evolving environments.
