What you will do

• Lead manufacturing footprint and supply chain restructuring activities from project execution through close-out.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resourcing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Finance, and HR.
• Manage project governance, including phase gates, executive updates, escalation management, and change management.
• Identify and drive mitigation of project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure readiness for go-live, including operational handover, documentation, and training coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing-related projects.
• Strong working knowledge of formal project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time depending on project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering transformation, network optimization, or operational change initiatives.
• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Change Management certification (Prosci ADKAR® Model).
