What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end integration strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs for newly acquired firms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless transitions.
• Build trust and collaborate with acquired firm leadership to manage sensitive post-acquisition periods.
• Implement comprehensive change-management plans to minimize disruption and accelerate system adoption.
• Ensure all integration activities are compliant with Risk and Compliance frameworks and Consumer Duty.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end integrations or large-scale transformations in regulated financial services.
• Strong program management discipline including RAID, governance, milestone tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of the financial advice market and adviser operating models.
• Must be based in the UK.
