Product Manager (Public Safety)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Public Safety): Leading the evolution of Public Safety RMS products from ideation through to discontinuance with an accent on market research and product strategy. Focus on generating roadmap/EPIC requirements and maximizing revenue through modularity and strategic pricing.

Location: Home based with travel to Nottingham, Hemel Hempstead, London, and other UK offices/customer sites. Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle of Public Safety RMS products from ideation to launch and discontinuance.
• Conduct market research and develop suitable product strategy, pricing, and time-integrated plans.
• Generate product requirements at the Roadmap and EPIC levels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with the User Community and organize User Groups to gather feedback and maintain engagement.
• Ensure product modularity to maximize revenue opportunities and support scalable deployments.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in the Public Safety sector (e.g., ex-Police, Police Staff, Forensics, or Public Safety supplier).
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain national security vetting clearance (SC level, NPPV Level 3, or Enhanced Security Clearance).
• Strong ability to engage and influence customers, technical stakeholders, and partners.
• Commercial acumen for conducting accurate ROI calculations to drive market share and profitable growth.
• Expertise in competitive research and requirement gathering to inform product strategies.
