What you will do

• Own commercial health by monitoring financial performance and market trends for security features and government solutions.
• Lead market discovery and competitive analysis to define current and future product requirements.
• Shape and execute the strategic product roadmap in collaboration with customers, sales, and engineering.
• Define customer segments, buyer personas, pricing models, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive revenue.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and MVP/Beta testing through launch and optimization.
• Mentor product team members and provide leadership coverage for the VP of Technology Innovation & Product.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior-level product management and leadership.
• Expertise in GTM strategy and strategic roadmap execution.
• Ability to define and prioritize requirements for both software and physical products.
• Must be based in the UK.
