TL;DR

L&D Expert (Gamedev): Building the learning and development function from the ground up for a large-scale mobile game studio with an accent on instructional design and hands-on facilitation. Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Almaty, Yerevan, or Tbilisi

hirify.global is a game development studio creating large-scale products, including the live open-world mobile game OneState.

What you will do

  • Build the Learning & Development function from the ground up.
  • Design learning programs and a scalable development architecture.
  • Facilitate training independently using both synchronous and asynchronous formats.
  • Lead talent management initiatives and support the development of leadership teams up to CEO-2 level.
  • Identify and create solutions to develop scarce expertise within the company.
  • Experiment with unconventional learning formats to maximize employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in L&D and Talent Development.
  • Strong combined expertise in instructional design and facilitation.
  • Professional background in tech, digital, or product environments.
  • Ability to lead direction and work effectively in a flexible, non-corporate environment.
  • Native Russian.
  • Working English (B2+).
