What you will do

• Support strategic HR initiatives including career tracks, job profiles, and engagement surveys.
• Manage organizational structures and drive excellence via internal HRIS.
• Facilitate performance reviews, calibration sessions, and senior-level talent decisions.
• Analyze engagement survey results and help teams implement improvements.
• Identify training needs and co-create development plans across the division.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, headcount budgets, and key role hiring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR BP, People Partner, or HR Generalist roles.
• Proven experience managing HR for 100+ employees.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Cyprus.
