What you will do

• Develop and execute the HR strategy for the division to drive business success and employee growth.
• Design and implement an effective organizational structure and workforce planning to support scalability.
• Coach the management team through feedback, training, and leadership development programs.
• Lead initiatives for talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Manage the headcount budget and strategically open new hubs to maximize performance.
• Manage organizational changes and transformations to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, specifically supporting mass teams (700+ employees).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth corporate or startup environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle and ability to translate business challenges into HR strategies.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and partner-level communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
