TL;DR
HR Business Partner (GameDev): Providing full-cycle HR support and strategic partnership for product teams with an accent on performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational health. Location: Remote (Worldwide) or onsite/hybrid in Cyprus, Armenia, and Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available for official locations.

What you will do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and adaptation to offboarding and exit interviews for product teams.
- Partner with team leads and stakeholders to monitor team health, engagement, and people-related risks.
- Drive Performance, Salary, and Talent Review cycles, including calibration sessions and follow-up communication.
- Support managers in creating employee development plans, goal setting, and career growth discussions.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify root causes of deviations and propose initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams on vacancy briefs and complex hiring cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong understanding of Performance Management, Talent Review, and Compensation & Benefits cycles.
- Experience conducting engagement surveys, eNPS, and implementing action plans based on results.
- Knowledge of labor law fundamentals across different jurisdictions.
- Ability to interpret HR data and communicate insights in a business-oriented way.
- Confident Russian language skills (team working language) and English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.
