What you will do

• Provide phone and digital support for a full spectrum of financial products including OTC derivatives, equities, options, and cryptocurrencies.
• Manage customer queries and drive cross-selling of IG products and platforms.
• Offer expertise on P&L, margin calculations, order types, and trade investigations.
• Deliver execution-only phone dealing services following specialized training.
• Assist customers with technical support regarding front-end platforms and chart packages.
• Communicate regulatory, financial market, and company changes to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree-level education, preferably in a finance-related field.
• 6-18 months experience in a customer-facing or middle office role, preferably within financial services.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong aptitude for numbers, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid working model.
