Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of residential units from transaction exchange to handover.
• Manage relationships with Project Monitors, Clerk of Works, and external developers.
• Conduct site assurance, technical audits, and quality compliance checks.
• Provide regular delivery updates and risk reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate finance inputs and manage contract administration.
• Support the End of Defects certification process and final sign-offs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in development management or contract administration within property or construction.
• Strong understanding of technical due diligence and development agreements.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and performance KPIs.
• Must be based in or able to work from the East of England (Peterborough/Cambridge area).
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and governance.
