Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead content strategy across major product areas, aligning user needs with business and clinical goals.
  • Design and optimize UX writing and content systems for mobile and web applications in high-stakes healthcare workflows.
  • Build conversational design frameworks for AI-powered chatbots, including flows, intents, and responses.
  • Partner with AI, clinical, and legal teams to develop safe and compliant generative AI communication standards.
  • Establish content guidelines, voice and tone systems, and governance models across product experiences.
  • Mentor other content designers and contribute to organizational design maturity and hiring.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong expertise in conversation design and dialogue systems for virtual assistants.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, and prompt design within regulated environments.
  • Experience in digital health or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Figma and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
