What you will do

• Design and implement broad regional-level training initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and success.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the organization.
• Partner with Sales, Retention, and Shared Services to align training with business objectives.
• Facilitate change management by providing support during the rollout of new systems and strategies.
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager with a background in training and development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, video editing, LMS, and AI tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM Training, specifically Salesforce, D365, or Applied Epic.
