What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from problem framing to polished UI, prototypes, and specs across credit cards, loans, insurance, and growth surfaces.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma AI for ideation, UX writing, variant generation, research analysis, and production acceleration.
• Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses, influence product direction, and align product managers and engineers.
• Own UX/UI for multiple markets, evolve Figma design system for consistency and accessibility, and iterate based on analytics and user feedback.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 2 Product Designers, provide feedback, support career growth, and set high standards for user-centric design.
• Act as thought partner to senior leadership in Product, Data, and Engineering to bridge user experience and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI or product design with portfolio of product features and marketing/growth work.
• 2–3 years leadership experience leading design initiatives or small teams.
• Proficient in Figma, component libraries, and modern design systems.
• Strong interaction design, responsive layouts, and UX best practices.
• Comfortable using AI tools in workflow from ideation to production.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or engineering workflows.
• Mandarin or Cantonese.
