What you will do

• Support end-to-end technology due diligence engagements, owning report sections on technology platforms and architecture.
• Assess enterprise technology environments, infrastructure, and cybersecurity risk relative to transaction theses.
• Evaluate the impact of AI, GenAI, and data platforms on commercial strategy and product roadmaps.
• Translate technical findings into commercial, financial, and investment insights for client decision-making.
• Analyze product architecture and scalability for fintech and software platform targets.
• Identify IT synergy opportunities for integrations and assess operating model impacts for carve-outs.

Requirements

• 1.5 to 3+ years of relevant experience in technology-focused due diligence.
• Proven track record of delivering engagements within the financial services sector.
• Must be located in or able to work from New York.
• Demonstrable depth in emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, and data platforms.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to distil complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
