Supplier Relationship Procurement Manager (Telecommunications): Managing and growing long-term supplier partnerships across the consumer portfolio with an accent on commercial relationship management and category planning. Focus on delivering value through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approaches, negotiating complex contractual models, and optimizing supplier performance.
Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home). Must be based in or be able to commute to Bristol, Birmingham, or Milton Keynes, UK

What you will do
- Own and grow long-term supplier partnerships for consumer products and services including handsets, laptops, TVs, and consoles.
- Develop and implement procurement frameworks, policies, and category plans.
- Execute end-to-end sourcing projects, including bid support and risk management activities.
- Identify business improvements to minimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Negotiate complex commercial and contractual arrangements using modern contracting tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Proven procurement or category management experience.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience leading end-to-end sourcing projects.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be able to work from Bristol, Birmingham, or Milton Keynes following a hybrid pattern.
Nice to have
- Experience procuring technology, hardware, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of vendor ecosystems and supplier capability assessment in tech environments.
- Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in commercial performance.
- Experience implementing procurement governance processes.
