What you will do

• Support end-to-end technology due diligence engagements, analyzing technology platforms, architecture, and development practices.
• Evaluate the impact of AI, GenAI, and data platforms on commercial strategy, product roadmaps, and growth ambitions.
• Translate technical findings into actionable commercial, financial, and investment insights for client decision-making.
• Assess IT synergy opportunities for integrations and evaluate standalone operating model impacts for carve-outs.
• Manage client communications, structure conclusions, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor team members and support business development through proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 1.5 to 3+ years of relevant experience in technology-focused due diligence.
• Proven track record within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, and data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be located in or able to work in London.
