What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology due diligence engagements, evaluating platforms, architecture, and development practices.
• Translate technical assessments into commercial and investment insights for private equity and corporate clients.
• Evaluate the impact of AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies on commercial strategy and product roadmaps.
• Assess IT synergy opportunities for integrations and standalone operating model impacts for carve-outs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFOs and CTOs.
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development, proposals, and client pitches.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in technology-focused due diligence within financial services.
• Proven track record of leading engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, and data platforms.
• Ability to connect technical findings to commercial strategy and investment outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in New York.

• Familiarity with operational due diligence or integration planning workstreams.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or IMC.
