What you will do

• Assess customer applications to identify life and disability risk factors within agreed authority levels.
• Review medical and non-medical information to support accurate and fair underwriting decisions.
• Request and evaluate additional information to ensure proportionate outcomes for policyholders.
• Manage customer and intermediary queries efficiently to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records to support clear communication and business decision-making.
• Identify potential complaints and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Understanding of risk factors affecting mortality and morbidity.
• Knowledge of protection products such as life insurance, critical illness, and income protection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess applications holistically and make balanced, evidence-based decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
