What you will do

• Oversee daily claims operations and ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and client deliverables are achieved consistently.
• Lead and coach Team Leads and Claims Examiners, driving accountability for production, quality, and attendance.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans to remediate missed targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of healthcare claims leadership experience.
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing production teams.
• Strong experience managing healthcare payer operations and claims workflows.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard experience.
• Experience with systems such as EZ-CAP, QNXT, Facets, Jiva, or Plexis preferred.
• Ability to work within US time zones and jurisdictions.
