What you will do

• Lead end-to-end coding, compliance, and RCM engagements from kickoff to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality client outputs.
• Translate complex regulatory guidance from CMS and payers into actionable policies and educational materials.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback to audit and coordinator teams.
• Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Serve as a primary client contact, facilitating meetings and delivering professional training.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• CPC and CPMA certifications required
• Expert knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding, E/M guidelines, and CMS regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Revenue Integrity.
• EPIC system expertise.
• Prior client-facing consulting experience.
• Familiarity with audit tools, data analytics, or AI-supported review platforms.
