What you will do

• Lead high-impact client engagements to achieve strong satisfaction ratings, managing internal teams and contractors.
• Develop and implement strategies for regulatory change and risk management within expected timeframes and budgets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships and networks with C-suite executives across the industry.
• Create and bring to market new leading propositions in key areas of Risk, Regulation, and Compliance.
• Analyze client current states and conduct research to implement recommendations that optimize resource use.
• Drive business development by converting propositions into a sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of proven consulting or in-house experience in Compliance, Regulation, or Risk.
• Recognized leadership and subject matter expertise in Risk and Compliance for the Asset and Wealth Management sector.
• Significant experience working within blue-chip Financial Services organizations.
• Proven track record in business development, account management, and senior stakeholder influencing.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading institution.
• Business language fluency in English and willingness to travel.
