• Lead client engagements from scoping through to delivery to ensure high satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of proven experience in consulting or change projects within leading financial institutions.
• Significant experience in 'blue-chip' Financial Services, preferably in Wealth Management.
• Expertise in Target Operating Models (TOM), business processes, CRM, or data migrations.
• Proven ability in business development and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• English: Business language fluency required.
