What you will do
- Develop strategic prospecting plans in collaboration with Business Development resources.
- Identify and target ideal enterprise customers within the assigned region.
- Build and execute territory and account-based sales strategies with Sales Leadership.
- Lead enterprise sales campaigns, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
- Manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations in partnership with leadership.
- Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions.
- Proven experience building strategic relationships with C-level executives.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to become a subject matter expert in Sales Performance Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
