What you will do

  • Develop strategic prospecting plans in collaboration with Business Development resources.
  • Identify and target ideal enterprise customers within the assigned region.
  • Build and execute territory and account-based sales strategies with Sales Leadership.
  • Lead enterprise sales campaigns, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations in partnership with leadership.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions.
  • Proven experience building strategic relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to become a subject matter expert in Sales Performance Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
