What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account-based sales plans.
  • Identify and target ideal enterprise customers within the assigned region.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales campaigns and manage contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive revenue growth and refine sales motions.
  • Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in enterprise SaaS or software sales.
  • Proven track record of building strategic relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong experience managing high-volume pipelines in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience or interest in ICM, CRM, or broader SaaS technology spaces.
  • Subject matter expertise in Sales Performance Management.
