Salary: $190,000 – $235,000

What you will do
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership to support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop and align business unit financial plans with overall firm strategy and growth ambitions.
- Lead finance modeling and scenario analysis for BU initiatives and evaluate new pricing strategies.
- Oversee budgeting processes and develop rolling forecasts incorporating demand and costs.
- Analyze revenue, utilization, and margin performance to drive value creation.
- Mentor and oversee a Finance Business Partner based in London.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, with 2+ years in a business partnering capacity.
- Strong analytical skills for building financial models and interpreting complex data sets.
- Must be based in New York to be co-located with business leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience within a professional services or management consulting firm.
- Experience or interest in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Sage, and data visualization tools like Pigment or PowerBI.
