What you will do

• Lead end-to-end advisory engagements for hedge fund and private credit clients.
• Serve as the primary delivery owner on Geneva implementations, upgrades, and integration workstreams.
• Advise clients on middle- and back-office operating model design.
• Evaluate and advise on technology ecosystems.
• Drive business development activity.
• Collaborate with private equity and credit practices to develop cross-platform service offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hedge fund and/or credit operations, fund administration, or hedge fund-focused management consulting.
• Deep hands-on expertise implementing or supporting SS&C Advent Geneva.
• Strong command of hedge fund middle- and back-office operations.
• Demonstrated ability to own client relationships and lead engagements independently.
• Fluency in hedge fund technology landscape.
• Experience working at or with leading hedge fund administrators or prime brokerage operations teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional platforms: EZE, Finbourne, Arcesium, WSO, Allvue, Broadridge, Clearwater, Bloomberg AIM, Enfusion, Flextrade.
• Prior consulting or advisory experience.
• Exposure to complex fund structures.
• CPA, CFA, CAIA, or other relevant industry credentials a plus.
