What you will do
- Conduct forensic review and analysis of case documents.
- Analyze liability, quantum, and causation for disease claims.
- Draft court documents, correspondence, and witness statements.
- Liaise with clients and conduct site visits.
- Review files to determine litigation strategy and direction.
- Assist partners and team members with business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Glasgow office
- Proven experience in litigation.
- Strong forensic and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience appearing in the Sheriff court.
- Experience as an instructing agent in the Court of Session.
- Previous experience handling sensitive and complex claims.
- Experience with time recording systems.
