What you will do

• Conduct forensic review and analysis of case documents.
• Analyze liability, quantum, and causation for disease claims.
• Draft court documents, correspondence, and witness statements.
• Liaise with clients and conduct site visits.
• Review files to determine litigation strategy and direction.
• Assist partners and team members with business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Glasgow office
• Proven experience in litigation.
• Strong forensic and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience appearing in the Sheriff court.
• Experience as an instructing agent in the Court of Session.
• Previous experience handling sensitive and complex claims.
• Experience with time recording systems.
