What you will do

• Lead the Neurons E2E team and act as a Scrum Master to drive sprint deliverables.
• Architect and innovate end-to-end automation frameworks for Rest API, CLI, and GUI.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for daily production test execution.
• Collaborate with SRE, Support, and Development teams to triage bugs and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor team members on feature execution and automation development best practices.
• Identify critical customer scenarios for automation to ensure platform reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, including QA leadership or automation architecture.
• Proven experience designing and architecting automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, or Selenium for GUI automation and Python for API/CLI scripting.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins/ADO), RDBMS/SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and Elastic Search.
