Salary: $141,800 - $173,300

What you will do

• Lead the development of inclusive, scalable test strategies, automation frameworks, and performance tools for web, mobile, and data environments.
• Analyze system behavior, performance patterns, and load models to improve scalability and overall reliability.
• Guide performance testing initiatives and collaborate across teams to resolve bottlenecks with accuracy.
• Mentor SDETs and engineers through code reviews, test design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Strengthen automated test reliability within CI/CD pipelines to optimize build feedback and execution stability.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for testing guidelines across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in test planning and automated testing, including performance testing practices.
• 2+ years of experience testing applications and services with security automation frameworks.
• 7+ years of experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript, including scripting for JMeter.
• 7+ years of experience with continuous integration systems and test case management tools.
• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, or CA.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of containers and orchestration platforms like BlazeMeter, Octoperf, or Azure Load Test.
• Deep understanding of performance engineering and QA methodologies for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database structures (SQL and NoSQL queries).
• Proven track record in unit, integration, and performance testing for scalability.
