What you will do

• Manage project execution and consulting teams to ensure successful delivery of client engagements.
• Plan day-to-day work, facilitate client interviews and workshops, and structure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their skillsets and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Support business development by authoring thought leadership and creating client proposals.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with past and prospective blue-chip clients.
• Apply subject matter expertise to solve challenges facing the Asset & Wealth Management industry.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven consulting experience at a recognized firm or in an in-house project management role.
• Significant understanding of financial services, specifically within asset or wealth management.
• Proficiency in consulting frameworks, quantitative analysis, and structured problem solving.
• First-class written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
• Experience in operating model design impacting business processes or IT solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
