Salary: Base compensation up to $217,700

What you will do

• Provide a strategic perspective on investment technology choices and implementation decisions for clients.
• Lead teams of specialists to deliver technology change across the front-office technology construct.
• Provide SME guidance for front-office technology solutions and associated operating models.
• Collaborate with key client stakeholders to maximize value delivery on time and on budget.
• Implement and support major industry platforms such as Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, or Bloomberg AIM.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in implementation or product management for leading front-office technology.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.
• Expert understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality management.
• Familiarity with portfolio management and trading processes for asset managers across equity, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Specialist experience (3+ years) in at least two areas: Risk & Performance, Compliance, Client Reporting, or Investment Data Management.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Specialist industry qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FINRA Series 7.
