What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise data and AI platforms using cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
• Define end-to-end data architectures spanning ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and governance.
• Design modern data platforms using Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, or BigQuery, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Architect AI systems focusing on model deployment, MLOps/LLMOps, and Generative AI frameworks including RAG and Agentic AI.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to data engineers and ML engineers.
• Evaluate emerging tools to create reusable frameworks and accelerators that enhance delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing data and AI solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Proven expertise in building cloud-native data platforms on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in Generative AI (LLM integration, RAG, vector databases) and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
• Required proficiency in English and fluency in French.
• Must be based in Canada and able to work with stakeholders in Canada, the US, or internationally.
