Salary: $145,000 – $235,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Lead a team of technical architects to define the vision and roadmap for infrastructure, cloud, and platform technologies.
• Analyze current technology environments to identify gaps and recommend improvements based on industry trends.
• Partner with solution, data, and application architects to align infrastructure strategies with business-driven solution architecture.
• Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies, including Gen AI and agentic workflows, to modernize the enterprise environment.
• Lead architectural governance and stage-gating committees to ensure alignment with enterprise roadmaps.
• Influence and guide outcomes through strong partnerships across IT and business groups in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of IT infrastructure and technology leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with infrastructure systems, cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), networking, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Gen AI, AI, and Agentic Workflow in core systems.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for the Montreal/Quebec location.
• Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, high-visibility environments with executive-level communication skills.
