Location: Must be based in Holmdel, New Jersey, United States

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead regular customer touchpoints, including adoption reviews and outcome checkpoints.
  • Build and maintain success plans linked to measurable customer goals.
  • Monitor account health in Gainsight to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver adoption insights to support renewal strategies and expansion opportunities.
  • Communicate roadmap releases and facilitate product engagement requests.
  • Gather and relay product feedback to influence roadmap alignment.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS consulting.
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to produce actionable customer recommendations.
  • Experience managing a book of business in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight or comparable customer success tooling.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
