What you will do

• Partner with clients to provide consultative technical expertise for UKG Pro WFM and Boomi integrations.
• Review technical requirements and assess project estimates for Statements of Work.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues to ensure system stability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor Technical Consultants and delegate solutioning tasks to support team growth.
• Maintain high standards for project delivery, budget management, and operational efficiency.
• Model the company's customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, and Exceed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM system configuration.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirement documentation, and QA testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with other Human Capital Management (HCM) software.
